A quirky little tale of mine called “Off the Deep End” has just been published in The Metaworker. Noir setting, but upbeat ending, for those who worry about such things. it takes place in one of the lost corners of LA where no one tries to look too deep. But you might be missing a lot if you turn your head from the darkness…this story was based, however loosely, on an actual incident. It happened thirty-some years ago, but it’s stayed with me ever since…might stay with you too.
