My two copies of The Vincent Brothers Review arrived today, bearing my story, “The Silence,” as well as eight other short stories, twenty-nine poems, four nonfiction works, and eleven pieces of visual art, including the fort and back covers. I’ve had time for no more than a browse so far, but it looks as though this issue is packed with deep, moving, and occasionally wrenching work. It’s beautifully produced and bound as well. I recommend it for much more than just my short story.
