Here’s an odd little story of mine, just released in the February issue of Night Picnic. It’s a bit wry, playful with language and concept, and turns on an upending of presumptions, a theme I often visit. …And, you could call it an “ekphrastic” tale, as it involves repeated and sometimes specific references to works of art, paintings, in fact. There’s a surprise or two in it for the curious reader.
Available in print and Kindle versions from Amazon, and modestly priced. Give yourself a treat and have a copy sent down the wires or put in the mail for you. It features the work of fifteen writers in all, so it’ll keep you entertained for a while.
